Ti-ER!!

We woke up on Saturday and made the mistake of telling Tyler during breakfast that we were going to the Zoo that day. He was so excited! For an hour straight he couldn't stop talking about the animals that he thought he would see at the zoo "Po-er Behr!" "Elfnt" "Ti-er" "Monkey" Let me rephrase that, he was yelling out the animals that we wanted to see! We met up with my brother and his family. We saw monkeys, penguins, zebras, & meerkats just to name a few. Then we saw the Tigers. At first they were just laying down, but then one got up and started walking around the pen. The first time he just went back and tried to wake the second tiger up, then he circled around again and then laid down right in front of us! He was literally 6" away from us on the other side of the glass, it was so cool!! We had a picnic at Julia Davis Park, then played a game of kick ball which everyone participated in.





That afternoon, Marc and I ran some errands, played with the kids in the backyard then went out to eat with my parents at a Thai restaurant. It was so yummy! We really enjoyed the different flavors and how moist and tender the meat was cooked. When the kids were asleep we went to Scott & Codi's to play games. I beat them all at Risk! (That NEVER happens!)
