First Day of School

 Lexi's first day of school was August 19th. She is in Kindergarten at Thomas Jefferson Charter School. Her teacher is Mrs. Liles. She loves going to school!

 Tyler and Bryce are in 3rd grade this year! They are going to school at West Canyon Elementary.

 Bryce has Mrs. Wrench this year. 

 Tyler has Mrs. Dornin.

We are thrilled that school is back in session! We are pleased with all the kids' teachers this year. The only thing we don't like is Lexi's 6:45 am bus pick up time. She's got to be up by 6:20 at the latest to get dressed, eat breakfast and get out the door. She has about an hour long bus ride. There is no bus home for Kindergarten students at Thomas Jefferson, so we have to pick her up. We were able to get into a car pool with 3 other moms so we have 1 pick up day a week, and then we rotate Wednesdays on a monthly basis. It has worked out really well and I am glad I've had the chance to get to know some of the other moms in the class.
