Crossing our fingers!

And trying not to get emotionally attached. We made an offer on this house this morning:
It is another short sale home, but the bank has already approved an $80,000 sale. There is currently another offer on it, but they are having difficulty getting financing. We are trying to sneak in the back door (kind of rude, I know) and put down the same offer with our pre-approval letter & earnest money. If it is accepted, closing could go pretty quickly which means we might be moving in January! We took the kids to go see it and everyone is very excited. So...for now, we are waiting to hear back from the seller and move forward from there! Happy Day!
